"The KYC process was straightforward..."
The KYC process was straightforward and I got verified faster than I expected. Didn’t run into any major issues, so that was good. Since it went smoothly on my end, I’m hoping there’s some kind of compensation or bonus included for completing it.

"Pretty handy, but it has its slow moments"
I started using the qonto mobile app mostly because I needed a quick way to keep an eye on payments and upload receipts while I’m out and about. For the most part, it does the job. I’ll be in between meetings, snap a receipt, check if a payment came through, and usually I can find what I need without too much thinking.
The annoying part is that it doesn’t always feel as quick as I want it to. A few times I’ve been switching between accounts or trying to load recent transactions, and the app just takes its time. Nothing dramatic, but enough that I notice it. There are also a couple of buttons and options that weren’t obvious to me at first, so I ended up tapping around like I was guessing my way through.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad app. It’s clear enough, and most days it works fine for the basics. I just expected it to feel a bit smoother and more intuitive. I’ll keep using it, but I do hope they polish some of the little things because those are what make it mildly frustrating sometimes.

I’ve been using Qonto for a bit, and it’s been about as reliable as I hoped it would be. Logging in, making payments, and using the card have all worked without any real issues. I went in expecting it to be straightforward and dependable, and so far it’s lived up to that.

"Alerts do the job, just not always instantly"
The notifications work fine overall, but every now and then they show up a bit late. Not a dealbreaker for me, just something I’ve noticed while using it

"Decent business account, but takes more effort than I’d like"
Qonto has been alright for my small business. The cards and transfers work without any real issues, and doing invoices isn’t too hard. That said, it feels like I have to put in more effort than I expected to figure out what’s included and what costs extra. Support can also be a bit slow, which makes things more annoying when I just want to get something sorted quickly. Overall, it’s not bad, but for the price I wish it was a bit smoother.

"International transfer went smoothly"
I used Qonto for an international transfer last week, and overall it was a smooth experience. The fees were shown clearly before I sent the money, which I appreciated, and the transfer arrived a bit quicker than I expected. I also got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t anything flashy, but it did exactly what I needed without any hassle. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Support did help me in the end..."
Support did help me in the end, but it took quite a while to get a response. I appreciate that they eventually sorted things out, but the delay was frustrating enough that I’d expect some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience.

"I want to love it, but deposits are frustrating"
I’ve been with this bank for a while and I do like a lot about it, so it’s frustrating to say this. Cash deposits don’t always show up like they should, and cheques take way too long to clear. I want to stick with them because I’ve been loyal and the experience is usually decent, but these issues make day-to-day banking more annoying than it needs to be.

"Onboarding was okay, just a little slow"
I opened a Qonto account for my small business, and overall the onboarding was fine. The steps were easy to follow, but I got held up on one document (of course it’s always one tiny thing) and ended up waiting longer than I expected for support to get back to me.

When they finally replied, the person was friendly and helped me sort it out, so no complaints there. I just felt like I had to follow up a bit more than I should have. Not a bad experience overall, just not quite as smooth as I was hoping.

"Feels suuuper safe for daily use"
I’ve been using Qonto for my small business for a while now, the security features are probably my favorite part. It just feels like everything is set up to help me stay on top of my money without stressing out.
The card controls are really easy to use, notifications come through faaaast, and if anything looks off, I can freeze a card right away before it turns into a bigger issue. I had one payment I didn’t recognize, and support helped me look into it without making the whole thing feel dramatic or complicated.

Compared to my old bank app, Qonto just feels way safer and clearer. It’s simple, reliable, and I’m not constantly worrying about fraud or weird charges popping up anymore.

"Support was nice, just kinda slow"
Support was okay overall, but a bit hit or miss. The first reply came through quick, so I thought it was gonna be smooth sailing.

Then I ended up having to explain the same issue again to another agent, which was kinda annoying. To be fair, they were polite and got it sorted in the end, but it took longer than I expected. Not bad, not amazing either, just meh.

We started out on one of the smaller Qonto plans since it was just me and my partner at the beginning. Once we brought in a few more people and needed extra cards, I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, but changing plans was actually straightforward. No long calls or anything like that, at least in our case.

I like that we don’t seem to be locked into paying for a bunch of stuff we’re not using. It feels flexible enough for a small business that changes from month to month, which is definitely what we need right now. So far, I’d say we’re happy with it.

I’ve been using qonto for managing team spending, and overall it does the job well. The permissions are probably my favorite part, it’s nice being able to set limits on what different people can access or approve, especially when you’ve got a few people buying things here and there. I was setting some of it up on a Monday morning with coffee going cold next to me, and it was straightforward. The only thing that still feels a little clunky is the approval workflow. If you need to tweak a request or chase someone up, it can take more clicks than I’d like. Not a dealbreaker, but for everyday use it feels like it could be a bit more flexible and smoother

"Expenses feel so much easier now"

"Does the job, even if I’m not totally sold"
I use Qonto mainly to pay suppliers, and to be fair, it’s been reliable most of the time. Transfers usually go through when they’re supposed to, though I did have one small delay with a SEPA payment. Support got back to me and handled it okay. It’s not exactly perfect, but I can’t really complain too much, it’s solid enough for day-to-day use
